With 20+ years of experience I am an advocate to change the world of hospitality and airlines to a better tomorrow.

Today’s challenges in crew accommodation are not resolved by one player only. Cooperation between all stakeholders is crucial. As a convinced ambassador for the digitalization in the hospitality and airline industry, I aim to include new work, fairness and sustainability into old-fashioned processes.

For me Technology is an enabler for hoteliers and airlines to deliver excellent customer service. We are all people serving people and human touch is key.

I studied International Business and Digital Transformation and consider myself a world citizen. I love to inspire other working moms in our beautiful industry. Because we can enjoy and have it all: Careers, kids and a healthy family life.
