The Croowy Hotel Challenge

Eligibility

This competition is open to individuals who are responsible for the crew business at hotels and have registered their hotel at croowy.de, updated their hotel profile, and filled out the standard croowy RFP questionnaire.

Entry

To enter the competition, eligible individuals must submit their most complete Croowy profile, including photos, to the Croowy founders for consideration.

Submission Deadline

The entry must be submitted by March 31st, 2023.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a jury consisting of the 4 Croowy founders, based on the completeness and quality of the submitted Croowy profile incl. photos (you don’t need a Pro or Basic profile to be considered). The winner will be announced within 15 days after the submission deadline.

Prize

The winner will receive a draw voucher for 2 persons on Marabu airlines routes, valid for one year and subject to availability of seats at the time of booking. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Notification

The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 15 days of the announcement. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Publicity

By entering this competition, participants agree to be featured in promotional material related to the competition, including but not limited to social media posts, press releases, and website content.

General

Croowy reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Data protection

By entering this competition, participants agree that any personal information provided in connection with the competition may be used by Croowy to administer the competition and for any other purpose related to the competition.
