What is the Croowy Companion?

The Croowy Companion allows airlines to book hotels, transport, F&B and vouchers for IRREG situations like cancelled flights and diversions. The most common use case is for stranded passengers. Croowy Companion integrates into Central Reservation Systems of over 80.000 hotels worldwide.

What is the Croowy RFP Tool?

The Croowy RFP Tool enables Airlines to perform the following tender activities:Enables airlines to tender crew RFPs (HOTAC): Negotiating rates and discounts with hotels and hotel groups for regular Crew overnight stays. These are usually annual contracts with fixed room volumes. Enables airlines to tender RFPs for irregular room demand (e.g. for disrupted flights or for staff travelling). This usually results in chain-wide (e.g. Hilton) discount rates. Enables airlines to tender RFPs for transportation for crews and irregular room demand.Croowy also offers this as full service and manages the tender on the airlines behalf.

What is Croowy C.L.A.S.S?

Croowy C.L.A.S.S. enables airlines to manually or automatically book hotel rooms and transportation for regular Crew stays.

Does Croowy offer 24/7 support?

Yes, Croowy offers 24/7 support around the world.

Yes, Croowy offers reconciliation and auditing of hotel, transport and F&B invoices.

How many hotels can we invite to a tender/RFP?

There is no real upper technical limit. Usually it makes sense to invite up to 30 hotels per airport.

How many hotel profiles are available on the Croowy RFP tool?

We have over 1.2 million hotels available which you can invite to your RFPs.

Does Croowy also work together with hotel chains and ownership companies?

Absolutely. All major hotel chains and ownership companies have accounts on the Croowy RFP tool and can respond to the RFPs on behalf of the hotels with uploads of GBTA files.

Can I import my custom questionnaire to Croowy RFP Tool?

Yes. Our customer success team will also help you setup the first few RFPs to make sure the platform works according to your expectations.

Is participation in RFPs for free?

Yes, the participation in any RFP is free of charge for hotels and hotel groups.

How do I register my hotel?

Is my hotel registered already?

Please contact our customer service at support@croowy.de to clarify that.

Why do I need to be verified?

For your security, we have to verify all hotel and hotel group profiles manually. That way we can prevent, anyone that is not affiliated with your hotel accessing your profile. That might take up to 24 hours.
